Up to 6 people $250/night
each additional person $15/night.

Minimum 2 night rental except major holidays
require a minimum of 3 nights. Rent 6 nights and
get the 7th night free.
Reservations require a 50% deposit which will be applied
to your total bill. Deposits are fully refundable with
a 3 week notice. In the event you cancel in less than 3
weeks we will only refund if we are able to rebook
your dates. Above rates do not include state and
local taxes. Deposit can be made with any major credit card.
Maid service is provided before and after your stay.
Additional maid service available for $50 per days service.
Additional linens and towels are provided for your use.
A washer and dryer is also provided at no charge.
Guests are responsible for any and all damages
including additional cleaning due to pets/children.
